Many products sold by Scan Marine Equipment require occasional or regular maintenance. Some problems or issues can be solved by the user with advice from our Service Department. Our service center is available to receive units for repair and maintenance. If you prefer, please call 206-285-3675 from 9:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Our helpful and courteous service staff can give you professional advice to keep your system running smoothly.

If your unit needs to be sent to our service center, please take care to package it carefully, with ample padding and insure it against damage. Be sure to fill out this form and include it with the product you are sending.
