The Wallas forced air marine oven is truly a one of a kind design, providing genuine forced air cooking, using safe diesel forced air technology. Available in either single oven or stove/oven combination models, Wallas ovens can be gimbal mounted for the most demanding seagoing applications.

Unlike propane systems, Wallas ovens draw combustion air from the cabin and exhaust overboard. This process dries the cabin interior, while eliminating the need for hazardous heavier-than-air gaseous fuels.
