Wallas 86D Diesel Convection Oven
The Wallas forced air marine and RV convection oven is truly a one of a kind design, providing genuine forced air cooking, using safe diesel forced air technology. Clean, quiet and efficient, the Wallas 86D oven is the last word in compact, controlled, safe cooking.
Unlike propane systems, Wallas ovens draw combustion air from the cabin and exhaust overboard. This process dries the cabin interior, while eliminating the need for hazardous heavier-than-air gaseous fuels.
Diesel can be drawn either from the main tank, or from a dedicated day tank for additional capacity. The 86D can and has been applied to both gasoline and diesel powered vessels and vehicles.

Designed for running on diesel #2 or diesel #1, the oven is super efficient, typically using between 5 and 7 ounces of fuel per hour. The Wallas 86D is nearly silent, versatile and will provide many years of reliable service.
